1 Minutes of Last Meeting
J Adams questioned item 8 and the terminology petrol allowance to be taken from the minutes and to be decided on item 8 of 14 September 2005 agenda.

5 Correspondence from Local Works
Campaign for the Sustainable Communities Bill - Support passed as a resolution.
6 Planning Application - Felling of Acer Tree at Manor Farm Bungalow
The Parish Council's observations were as follows:
Suggest that the said tree is not to be felled. Instead the Parish Council suggests that a Tree Surgeon lops the tree.
7 Selby District Council's Chairman's Charity
Hearing Dogs for the Deaf Diabetes UK-Selby Daisy
It was agreed by all councillors to donate £20.00.
8 Selby DC State of the Area Address 2005-10-08
B Crossdale to fill in the questionnaire.
9 Parish Clerks Expenses
It was agreed to pay the clerk £5.00 per trip to Tadcaster Clerks Training Course plus £5.00 for wear and tear per trip. To pay £25.00 immediately and a further £25.00 when the course is completed.
10 Advanced Section 17 Training
B Crossdale and J Adams are to attend. 11 Cridling Stubbs Proposed Play Area
The designs and quotes are to be displayed in the Village Hall on Saturday 12 November 2005 at 2-00pm for any interested villagers and young people to inspect.
The Parish Council is still awaiting from the Legal Department.
12 Payments
£100.00 to Cutting Hedge for grass cutting. £7.48 for stationery. £25.00 for clerks expenses. £6.00 for printing ink. Transfer £500.00 from deposit to current account.
13 Overhanging Trees
A letter to be sent to individual householders requesting that any overhanging vegetation be cut back.
14 Any Other Business
Audit - Mazars have said everything is in order except name was to be inserted in section 4.
Decision to be made regarding extra grass cutting at next Parish Meeting.
Arriva buses - revised timetable, to be placed on next agenda. 15
Public Question Time A villager showed concern about a wasp next in the Manor House wall, and informal approach will be made to M Anderson-Coe. A parishioner showed concern regarding the extinguishments of the footpath at the side of Hanover Green Bungalows. Mr Hallam requested that the village footpaths be inspected particularly outside the Village Hall and Forge Garth. Meeting closed at 8.30pm. The next Parish Council Meeting will be Wednesday 12 October 2005 at 7.00 pm in the Cridling Stubbs Village Hall. All correspondence will be available for inspection from 6.45 12 October 2005 in the Village Hall.
