Correspondence - Selby DC are taking legal advice
re noise from quarry

Village Hall Committee - Asked for help by remaining member - New members - Sue Longley, Roger Chapman, Bryan Crossdale.
Kate Honeyman - Works for Selby DC, in allocating and applying for Grant money.
Eggborough Power Station - Pipeline work plans altered, meeting attended, 1% of contract asked for as compensation for disruption. No closure of road required - traffic lights.
Traffic Calming - info on 20mph speed limit and rumble strips, application to Highways dept. could be a long time.
Grass Cutting - met with council, clarify responsibility for cutting hedges.
AOB - New fund - Grants of up to £1000, requested money for stone sign at entrance to village |
