Notes from meeting held Tuesday 7 January 2003 Update of correspondence regarding various village properties and nuisance. Parish precept was set. Agreed on location and ordering of two litter bins Report from Educational Trust Fund committee updating the situation regarding this money. Suggestions/costing of various proposals and agreement was reached about a meeting to consult children/young people and their parents to try to progress this. Discussion about Aggregate Levy Sustainability funds, unanimously decided to work towards a footpath around the village (ie "the Square") to be called The Cridling Walkway. DQL update - they have withdrawn the large draft proposal and a future application is imminent. HM Inspector has recommended there is no need for the Cridling Stubbs landfill site in the NYCC Waste Local Plan. The issue of continued dog fouling / nuisance was raised and it was decided to consult with Selby District Council's Dog Warden Service. A visit to Gale Common will be arranged in the Spring, numbers to be ascertained.
